The Canadian Show Jumping Team members have been confirmed for the renowned $400,000 BMO Nations’ Cup, taking place at the CSIO 5* Spruce Meadows ‘Masters’ Tournament in Calgary, AB.

The following athletes will ride under the maple leaf in the nations’ cup on Sept. 9, 2017 at 2 p.m. MDT:

The Spruce Meadows ‘Masters’ Tournament will mark Canadian Olympian, Mario Deslauriers’ return to the Canadian Show Jumping Team. After riding for the United States in recent years, Deslauriers will enjoy a fitting homecoming in Calgary, having last represented Canada in a nations’ cup during the 2008 BMO Nations’ Cup at Spruce Meadows.

The BMO Nations’ Cup has been a highlight of the Spruce Meadows ‘Masters’ Tournament since 1977. The Canadian Show Jumping Team has claimed victory twice, in 2006 and 2014, and finished third in both 2015 and 2016.
