Model and celebutante Kendall Jenner made waves when she announced she was having a baby! No wait, it’s a baby horse.
Fans of the young woman, whose parents are Caitlyn Jenner and Kris Kardashian Jenner, will know she’s an avid horsewoman and has even posed for several magazine layouts and brands with horses, including the German apparel company About You, which we previously covered in Horse Canada.
But now the star revealed during an episode of “The Kardashians” that she is using a surrogate mare to carry and deliver the foal from one of her other mares. The embryo’s baby daddy is a mystery stud who Jenner says is “an Olympian.” Which makes sense given her own pedigree – her father is Caitlyn, formerly Bruce, who won gold in decathlon at the Montreal Olympics in 1976 and set three world records. In a video discussing the breeding of her horse, Jenner quipped, “Do you think that I didn’t think this through? Only Olympians around here.”
No word on the actual name or bloodlines of the stud but Jenner did mention to her team that the horse is ‘so sexy.’”
