Fans of the long-running series Heartland will be happy to hear that the show will return this winter for its 14th season.
The multi-generational CBC family drama series originally debuted in 2007 and is inspired by the book series written by Lauren Brooke. The heartwarming story follows a family struggling to keep their ranch together while dealing with their relationships and lives. Set on the Heartland ranch in the rolling foothills of Alberta, it features Amy Fleming (Amber Marshall), her husband Ty (Graham Wardle), her older sister Lou (Michelle Morgan), and their Grandfather Jack (Shaun Johnston). Together, they face the day-to-day challenges of running the ranch that has been in their family for generations.
Heartland is the longest running one-hour drama in Canadian television history that is loved by fans of all ages, not only in Canada, but all over the world. The popular series has made its way into the hearts of families in more than 119 countries.
