It’s time to get your cowgirl and cowboy on, regardless of your regular riding discipline of choice. Fans of Yellowstone and other shows from the mind of creator Taylor Sheridan can get close to some of their favourite characters ‒ or at least the actors who play them ‒ at a charity cutting event in Texas.

The National Cutting Horse Association Celebrity Cutting event is set to go on November 29 in Fort Worth. The event benefits UT Southwestern Fort Worth, which houses Moncrief Cancer Institute. Nicole Sheridan, wife of Taylor, is co-chairing the event.

As for the A-list stars who will be mounting up to cut cows, these include 1923’s Brandon Sklenar, Yellowstone’s Jefferson White, Jen Landon and Mo Brings Plenty, Thad Luckinbill of Lioness, supermodel Bella Hadid and international polo start Nacho Figueras. Naturally, the man of the hour, Taylor Sheridan, is also set to ride in the competition.

Yellowstone fans will already know that Sheridan is a lifelong horseman and owns the storied 6666 Ranch. The Oscar-nominated writer of films Sicario and Hell or High Water also has a passion for reining – a skill he demonstrates regularly on Yellowstone where he plays a pro trainer. Sheridan also produced the reality competition series The Last Cowboy, which features finalists competing for a $1million purse.

Yellowstone creator Taylor Sheridan now owns the iconic 6666 Ranch.

“We’ve got some pretty high-profile people who are coming to the event and aren’t necessarily competing,” Jay Winborn, executive director of the National Cutting Horse Association tells The Fort Worth Report.  “For those who want to be part of the stargazing, there will be a lot of people there that people will recognize.”
