No matter if we already own a horse farm or merely board at one, it’s hard to resist getting a glimpse inside a super-luxe equestrian compound. This was the case for lucky guests at fashion designer Ralph Lauren’s recent runway show for his spring/summer 2025 collection which he debuted at Khalily Stables in the Hamptons.

The event drew a celebrity crowd that included Jill Biden, Laura Dern, Tom Hiddleston, Kacey Musgraves, Usher, and of course Anna Wintour. Guests were seen posing for selfies with saddles, horses, and any other equestrian chic backdrop they could find.

Now the equestrian facility is on the market for a whopping $15.250 million USD. Tough to beat having Ralph Lauren give the property plenty of star power to help draw buyers!

Khalily Stables is set on a sprawling 19 acres and has two barns. Built around a courtyard which recalls a European style, the main barn has 18 14′ x 14′ stalls, a smaller barn has nine 11′ x 11′ stalls. According to the listing the Bridgehampton property also has 15 grass paddocks and two riding arenas with all-weather footing. There are two large grand prix grass riding fields and one large covered indoor arena with a viewing area for the fifth riding arena. There’s also an office, multiple wash stalls and two tack rooms.

And because when you own such a spread chances are you aren’t mucking out your own stalls, the farm comes with staff accommodations including a one-bedroom, one-bath manager/trainer apartment with a kitchen, and a two-bedroom residence with a shared bath, as well as an on-site office.

This isn’t the first time the property has hit the market since it was built in 2015. Back in 2021 it was known as Campbell Stables and was listed at $19.9 million USD. The original owner who oversaw the design was shoe magnate Robert Campbell, who passed away in 2020.

The most recent buyer, Edward Khalily, whose granddaughter Layla is an equestrian, paid $16 million in 2021, did some $2 million in renos and flipped the property, newly dubbed Khalily Stables, six months later.

Photos of the property show stunning woodwork, vaulted ceilings and interlocking brick aisles as well as well-maintained white fencing. So if you’re in the market for an exclusive riding spot, this could be it….
