Equine Canada Breeds & Industry Division cordially invites representatives from your organization to join us for a free continental breakfast in the Meadow Court (above the Media Centre) at Spruce Meadows in Calgary, Alberta, on June 9, 2007. Doors open at 8:45 a.m. with the key note address starting at 9:15 a.m. sharp.
The networking breakfast is to commemorate the partnership between the Breeds & Industry Division and breed registries and industry organizations across Canada. The Breeds & Industry Division aims to provide tangible benefit to its members through such celebrated programs as the Equine Canada Breeds & Industry Export Market Develop Strategy. Fourteen organizations will participate in the Strategy in 2007-08. The $800,000 total budget will provide organizations with the means to develop generic promotional materials, attend trade shows outside of Canada, participate in international meetings, train producers in export preparedness, and host foreign delegates who come to Canada to view Canadian-bred stock.
