An equestrian community in south Florida just got a whole lot more attractive. Supermodel Gisele Bündchen has scooped up a horse farm in the exclusive Southwest Ranches estate near Miami for a reported cool $9.1 million. The 7.5 acre property will give the model – who is now single after a high-profile split from GOAT quarterback Tom Brady – plenty of space to develop her riding skills. There is a 10-stall barn with guest quarters, paddocks, and two sand rings (described as ‘horse rinks’, what?) ; but should Bündchen decide to do more than ride, the property also has tennis courts and a full-size soccer pitch.
The house is a whopping 5,200 square feet with nine bedrooms. There is also an infinity pool, an outdoor kitchen with a hibachi grill and pizza oven, and a man-made pond. The kitchen makes sense given the model’s recent foray into cooking with the publication of her first cookbook Nourish set for spring 2024.
According to a report in gossip bible The New York Post, this latest purchase is part of a larger buying spree that Bündchen has been on in South Florida, including two lavish properties in Miami’s Surfside neighborhood.
