Gemini Thoroughbred Farm is looking for 4 horse grooms for the 2023 racing season at Woodbine Racetrack, 555 Rexdale Blvd, Etobicoke, Ontario. The job starts March 1st, 2023 until December 20, 2023. Applicants must have 3 to 5 years experience with thoroughbred race horses, the ability to oversee nutritional requirements of the individual horses, be able to detect health and lameness problems, fit all tack and bandages to individual horses as required, and oversee race day preparation. Salary is $18.38/hr for 40 to 44 hours weekly. Indigenous, newcomers and youth are welcome to apply.
