Highlighted by an intriguing BREEDERS’ CUP CLASSIC on Saturday that features the unbeaten filly Zenyatta, the 26th BREEDERS’ CUP series of races has been drawn and there are some fun betting events for all.

While there are many heavy, morning line favourites – it seems as some may be a bit too low on the line and some of the races, even the several with small field, are a bit more wide open than they appear.

Once we get the silly MARATHON race out of the way – okay, MASTERY is a good one but the race is a glorified grade 3, maybe a Grade 2, the fun begins.

ROBERT HARVEY, an owner and breeder who has the best 2yo colt in Canada right now in HOLLINGER, has some cheering ahead as his speedy mare’s DANCEHALL FLOOZY has a filly in the 2yo race.

BICKERSONS was sold by Harvey as a yearling for $80K and is a filly by Silver Deputy. She has siblings racing at Woodbine such as Gantu and D’Oro Diablo.

The filly has been pumped u all weekand is quite speedy and the distance is a question.

BIOFUEL was on TVG yesterday and did a little tour of the traack. The Brereton Jones homebred drew the widest post but is an offthe pace type anyway.

As most have said on TVG and around the tracks, the Juvenile Fillies is not a great field so it’s wide open.

EUGENE MELNNYK’S American bred BRIDGETOWN will be ridden by Rob Landry – how cool is that? Her is also American trained but he was partnered by Landry in the Summer Stakes and the colt won that one-turn mile race.

His workout in company the other day was impressive he was dragging his rider all the way.
