Just the sort of guy to pull off history’s most successful World Equestrian Games? When and how were you first introduced to equestrian sport? My wife, Katherine, and our daughters, Paige and Nicole, took riding lessons at a local farm near our summer home in New Hampshire in 1996. Very quickly, they were riding a couple of times a week. Ponies and horses were purchased. Shortly thereafter, they started to show; local horse shows turned into regional shows. In 2000 we ended up in Wellington.
