Canadian Yvette Vinton (who currently resides near Ocala, FL) rode for Canada at the Longines FEI World Endurance Championships, held in Euston Park, GBR on August 25th.

Despite facing the challenge of torrential downpours, lightning, and thunder, Vinton completed the 160km race in 68th position. Riding Quiwi de Breventec, an eight-year-old Arabian cross mare Vinton leased from S.A.R.L Atlantic Endurance in France, she crossed the finish line in a time of 10 hours and 22 minutes.
