VaultCanada has announced the names of the Canadian Vaulting Team who will compete in the 2014 Alltech FEI World Equestrian Games (WEG) in Normandy, FRA August 23 – September 7, 2014.

For the first time at WEG, Canada will be represented by two Pas de Deux and a Squad in addition to individual vaulters.

“I am proud to say that Canada, for the first time, is able to send a Squad and two Pas de Deux as well as two Individual athletes to WEG this year,” said vaulting chef d’equipe, Becky Marland. “It is an exciting progression for vaulting in Canada, and we will see even more growth in the coming years leading up to WEG 2018.”

In addition to Becky Marland’s guidance, the Canadian Vaulting Team will also be supported by Hannah Marland, Team Coach; and Wendy Gayfer, Team Manager.
