It was a record turnout for the Cedar Run Classic last week, with 428 horses competing (100 more than last year) and over 1,500 riders, trainers and spectators in attendance for the first of Cedar Run’s National Show Jumping Tournaments.

“We experienced a record number of participants and attendees for the Classic and we have even larger numbers for this week’s Cedar Run Tournament,” said Cedar Run spokesperson Nicole Paara. “We’re happy to see more riders and their families coming up and taking a mini-vacation while they are here, taking advantage of what our four seasons resort community has to offer; the beach, hiking, golfing and shopping and eating in our local restaurants and all of this is helping to support the local economy as well.”
