International Horse Show of Geneva Named Best Show

The International Horse Show (CHI) of Geneva has been voted “Best event in show jumping of the year”. Voted on by the International Jumping Riders Club (IJRC), the results will be published in this year’s L’Annee Hippique.

In other categories, Aix-la-Chapelle in Germany was awarded best dressage show, and Burghley, in Great Britain, the best eventing show.

The show, which has been a major influence in the sport for nearly 20 years, was also named best in the world in 2011, and has been voted the top indoor competition four times previously.

The Equine Best Show Awards are voted on by riders and members of the public, who enjoy the competition and the atmosphere of the show. Organizers are proud to share the award with the 700 volunteers who make it possible.
