Equestrian Canada (EC) is pleased to announce the members of the new National Coaching Technical Committee (NCTC).

Following the close of applications in May 2018, the following individuals have been appointed to the Committee:

The committee members were appointed to the NCTC based on their strong background in coaching and athlete development, and discipline-specific competencies and expertise. The members bring National Coaching Certification Program (NCCP) and/or NCCP Equestrian Master Coach Developer credentials and skills, as well as their knowledge of the EC NCCP Coaching Programs and EC Equestrian Development Programs. In addition, the new NCTC Committee contains broad representation in terms of both primary discipline and geographic location.

The committee members will work collaboratively with EC, the Provincial and Territorial Sport Organizations (PTSOs), and the EC National Coaching Operations Committee (NCOC). The NCTC will be involved in reviewing and further developing coaching certification and athlete development pathways for each equestrian discipline, from the grassroots through to the high performance level.

EC welcomes the new NCTC members and thanks them for their dedication to advancing equestrian coaching and education in Canada.
