Two Canadian riders took part in the prestigious CSI 5*/CSI 2* Wiesbaden, which took place in Wiesbaden, GER from May 17 to 20 as part of the world-renowned Global Champions Tour, a series created to provide some of the world’s top show jumping riders with the chance to compete at unique venues around the globe.

2012 Olympic pair Tiffany Foster of Schomberg, ON, and Victor (an 11-year-old Dutch Warmblood gelding co-owned by Artisan Farms and Torrey Pines Stable) contested the CSI 5*-level classes, pulling out a sixth place finish against some of the world’s best in the CSI 5* Table A. Against the Clock 1.50m. They also took fifth in the CSI 5* Table A. Against the Clock 1.45m.

Nicole Walker, who was part of Canada’s Silver Medalist Young Riders Nations’ Cup Team at the CSIO4* FTI Consulting Winter Equestrian Festival in Florida this past winter, competed in the CSIAm classes with two mounts.

Riding Blue Loyd 12, her 13-year-old Oldenburg gelding, she took second in the CSIAm Table A. Against the Clock 1.40m. She was also fourth in the class aboard her 11-year-old Swedish Warmblood gelding High Yummy. In addition, Walker placed fifth (Blue Loyd 12) and 11th (High Yummy) in the CSIAm Accumulator 1.40m.
