According to a medical examiner’s report, eventer Amy Tryon died of an accidental “acute combined opiate” overdose.

Tryon, who died in her sleep at the age of 42, on April 12th, was found to have Oxycodone, a semi-synthetic opioid, diphenhydramine, an ingredient in over-the-counter cold and allergy medications, and several benzodiazepines: Alprazolam, Diazepam, Lorazepam and Temazepam, in her system at the time of her death.
